Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Consideration & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please avoid loud conversations, music, or high TV volume. We kindly ask for respectful behavior toward neighbors and other guests at all times.

Visitors

Overnight stays are only allowed for guests registered in the booking system. Visitors are only permitted with prior approval. For security reasons, all visitors must be registered in advance. Unregistered persons are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or e-shishas is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Kitchen & Waste Disposal

Please clean any used dishes and keep the kitchen tidy. Trash must be disposed of in sealed bags and placed in the designated containers. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

Safety

Please lock all doors when leaving the apartment. While our building is secure, we recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.
Note: The entrance area is under video surveillance for your safety.

Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment, furniture, or building. Please treat all furnishings and inventory with care. Any damages or defects must be reported immediately.

Violations of House Rules

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Internet Use

Free Wi-Fi is available. Please use it responsibly. Illegal activities such as downloading copyrighted content are strictly prohibited.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Energy & Environmental Awareness

Please switch off lights, heating/air conditioning, and appliances when not in use. Help us save energy and protect the environment.

Lost Items

We do not take responsibility for lost items. Found items can be returned upon request; shipping costs must be covered by the guest.

The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the property. By booking, guests accept full responsibility for their safety and personal belongings during their stay.
